Julie Sondhi – Broker Sales Associate & Real Estate Trainer

Julie Sondhi is a highly experienced Broker Sales Associate with a distinguished career in real estate. She began as a dedicated buyer’s agent, quickly excelling and closing over $15 million in transactions while working with buyers and sellers in Summit, Short Hills, Chatham, Madison, and New Providence.

After obtaining her broker’s license, Julie took on a leadership role, managing an office at Weichert with over 60 agents. She provided invaluable training and mentorship, helping agents build successful careers. Later, she transitioned into a full-time training position, coaching both new and experienced agents to sharpen their skills and achieve their goals.

Born and raised in London, England, Julie has a deep passion for travel, a love she cultivated while exploring the world with her parents. Before moving to the U.S., she found her dream job as a Marketing Manager for British Airways’ iconic Concorde.

Julie relocated to Summit, New Jersey, 30 years ago and raised her three children there. Having personally experienced the challenges of moving, she understands the stress her clients face and prides herself on offering calm, knowledgeable guidance throughout the process.

In addition to her real estate expertise, Julie and her husband have completed several successful property flips, giving her firsthand experience in real estate investment. Now, in her current role as a trainer, she finds great fulfillment in mentoring new agents, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential in the industry.
